Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Azamara Onward - Croatia & Italy Cruise
I spoke with Charlene about our interest in doing an Azamara Croatia cruise in August 2027. She found one straight away which had the ports we wanted to visit and also added ones which we hadn’t even thought off. Because one of the agents was on an Azamara cruise she was able to get us an onboard discount along with some other discounts which we were really thrilled about. She advised us about the best cabins to go for and the best position on the ship. We went ahead and booked the cruise and were very happy with our experience with both Charlene and Panache Cruises

Booked to go on a Cunard cruise in October. Our contact was Jill who was very helpful and even arranged a different hotel for us in Barcelona when we weren’t keen on the one included in the package. We had lots of questions which were answered promptly. No issues at all.

Our booking and planning experience with Panache
Kathryn at Panache is attentive and makes herself available to help us figure our way through cruise holiday options. In addition to that, Panache have saved us money compared to the cost of booking direct with the cruise line. (Two cruises with Silversea). So the planning and booking process has been excellent, but that is just part of the journey. We will find out how things work out once we get closer to our holidays booked late this year and next year. There is absolutely no reason to believe that it shouldn’t be just as good based on the experience so far.
