Oxygen Hawkes Bay

Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).

I’ve been in a rental managed by Leanne at Oxygen

I have been in a rental managed by Leanne at Oxygen Hastings for over 6 months. I’m a wheelchair user and when I went to view the property, my access needs were considered in advance. I’ve had excellent communication & very quick action to sort out the odd maintenance issue or have questions answered. Leanne was careful to ensure the neighbours matched well but we could also maintain our privacy. Good to know Oxygen is there when I need them but not micro managing.

Property manager every home owner needs.

Leanne is friendly and attentive every time she comes to my apartment.leanne takes note of any concerns and always gets it sorted in a timely manner. I can rely on Leanne to get things sorted if there's a problem. It's always great if Im home and get to see Leanne, she's always kind and friendly. Thank you

Oxygen Hastings

I have dealt with Leanne at Oxygen Hastings for 3 years. She has been fantastic. Good, clear communication, very quick response to maintenance needs. As the property manager for my disabled brother she has gone above and beyond to assist us with finding another property when his tenancy came to an end due to the property undergoing renovation. Highly recommend

Leanne Tapara will not respond to an active fire alarm and reports of a break in

Do not use if you want your property manager to respond to reports that the property has been broken into and has an active fire alarm. Leanne Tapara will refuse to get out of bed - instead, Wellington Council and the police will break into your property to turn the alarm off after almost 5 hours. Contacted at exactly 00:00 about an extremely loud fire alarm going off continously in a neighbouring property under their management. Explained to the operator that the fire brigade were at the property and they had just reported that while there didn't appear to be an active fire, there were signs of forced entry at a basement door. Fire brigade were not allowed to enter the property to disable the fire alarm and the property manager had to do so. The operator informed me that the duty manager, Leanne Tapara, had been informed and would be out soon. The fire alarm continued non stop for over 3 hours before I called back at 03:12. I explained that I had called earlier and the fire alarm was still ringing non stop, I was immediately put on hold. When the operator came back I was informed that Leanne Tapara had told him that she was not going to bother to come out to inspect a property with an active fire alarm and reports of forced entry until the next day. I asked to be put through to her and the operator explained that Leanne Tapara had instructed him "not to call about the property again" (presumably, other people had been calling as the alarm could be heard from either end of the street). I found Leanne Tapara's work phone number listed on the Oxygen website and called her only to have every phone call ignored or sent to voice mail. The alarm continued to blare non stop until 04:30 when the council and police forced entry to the building. I wouldn't trust such an irresponsible organisation to feed local pigeons let alone look after my property.

My property manager is a excellent

My property manager is a excellent . Most of the time she promptly reply my Queries. my house is rental market nearly 3 months . I did not see any action except just except advertising My monthly statements sometimes confusing and no proper explanation like recent one holding some funds We have two rental properties. Monthly statement should be sent separately not in one PDF

Wellington Oxygen were amazing

Wellington Oxygen were amazing. When I wanted my property rented, Dyanna & Tracey came around the very next day to photograph the property and get it advertised. They were responsive and communicated well throughout the process, and found great tenants for the property in a week. I've been using Oxygen to manage my properties for about 6 years now and highly recommend them.
