Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).

Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.

Leeanne from hastings is the best property manager Ive ever had always happy makes you feel very comfortable when doing inspections. You never feel nervous to call with a problem and she always gets jobs done when needed and follows up to make sure the jobs have been done

Awesome Property Manager
What can I say, Leanne Phillips is a fantastic & on to it property manager. Keeps it real and professional and is very understanding, always does what's expected and super quick to get onto things that may need some attention she's given me a few good tips. Kids enjoy her visits too, I think it's nice to have good relationship between tenants and property manager aswell as landlord it just makes things the more easier.

2 years renting with Binnie Baria
I was renting with Oxygen Property Management for 2 years, and cannot recommend Binnie Baria as a property manager enough. My daughter and I moved to Wellington from Christchurch and Binnie was so responsive and helpful since the moment I contacted her. Thanks to Binnie we had a place to call home when we arrived to Wellington and it was a smooth sail ever since then. We spent 2 wonderful years in our apartment and it never had an issue. Binnie always responded promptly and professionally, and we will really miss having her as our property manager. She made us feel welcomed in a new city, and continued to support us along our rental journey. Renting can be tricky at times, especially, when moving with young kids, but Binnie really made it an easy and pleasurable experience.

Looking for a new rental property can be stressful at times, that's something that was NOT experienced with Leanne Phillips, she was very patient, answered all our questions, kept us up to date and was very accommodating as we were out of town renters. Good service always has any job or maintenance that's ever needed done quick smart, always easy to communicate with,I've always found oxygen Hastings to be fair and assertive in my 2 property's,easy to deal with prior and now in my current property 3 years, Great property manager leanne phillips easy to contact fast to respond all messages or concerns I have leanne goes above and beyond for her tenants and has always been helpful and someone I enjoy talking too she finds healthy home standards very important like me, all and all great all round π
