Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).
Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.

The efficiency of the staff is first-class, as is the personal and friendly contact I receive from those I am working with - really impressive especially as I'm 12,000 miles away. I feel they are really committed to looking after my properties and take care to keep me informed at every stage of their journey. Very appreciative

We are stuck far away from NZ due to Covid. Oxygen has been easy to contact by email and by phone, and the response from them is swift and efficient. They have been pro-active in letting us know of any existing or potential problems with our property in Napier. The regional manager in Napier has been a pleasure to deal with.

What an absolute pleasure to have a real estate agent Leanne Phillips from your Hastings branch care about our property as much as we do. I recently sent Leanne a long list of maintenance issues and not even a day later she has already rectified a lot of the issues or sourced companies for quotes. Sometimes she will call out of the blue just to say hello. Now that’s customer service!
