I recently purchased my 6th carpet from Online Carpets. On each occasion, I have been delighted with the quality of carpets I've received, the excellent value for money, the service and delivery.
My house is now fully carpeted and the best decision I made was to order the carpets from Online Carpets.
Regular customer here , I’ve never been disappointed with absolutely anything. Most recent purchase was laminate floor , underlay and beading . Our living room looks absolutely wonderful im so pleased with what I chose . They dispatched it quickly , the gent who answered the phone when I had a question about how many square meters I’d need was incredibly helpful & polite & even the delivery drivers are great too . I’ll continue to use this company & I’d definitely recommend it to others .
Excellent choice, value, communication and delivery. Had a problem with wrong item delivered and it was sorted ad replaced quickly. I love my new flooring.
Delivery driver attempted delivery to a neighbours address - not mine! I phoned the carpet company straight away and they said they would come back to me which they didn't. I then chased 1 hour later and by that point the delivery driver was nearly back at depot. They said they could only then deliver 5 days later. When I said then I would have to cancle my order they didn't seem very bothered.
Fine products but rude and unhelpful staff when trying to chase delayed delivery.
For context, my order was delayed despite paying speedy delivery and getting incorrect delivery notification. I was told it was probably my fault because maybe I missed calls to book delivery (not the case). They just gave me the number to arrange the pallet delivery myself. I had to chase them to get my money back. When I raised a complaint about the rude staff member, she lied and said the complaint was about late delivery not her. My complaint was never followed up. Very disappointing.
I feel like they don't care about their poor service and ignore any negative problem. As a result, I hope posting on here will bring their attention to improving customer service in future.
Delivery was about 3 days but didn’t go to plane sent me text saying be here in 25 mins great (not great) after an hour I thought where they got to checked tracking says delivered I was like WHAT look at pic on tracking not my front door we that was it I rang and stared looking for green door they started telling me oh looks like such such number on google I said well that’s not my number where have u dropped it we will ring driver get he to collect it and get it to you when we have contacted him we will call u bk ok .. well I carted on knocking doors on 5th attempt I found it 20 doors down so I called them told them where it was they said ok glad u found it obviously I was expecting them to send the driver back to collect it and delivery to the right door but no over 2 hours later no contact nothing so I fetch it my self
no apology no compensation no contact not really good customer service…. Now the flooring was layed and on ends of most boards are white they are not the colour of the top of the board like they should be so I am under the assumption that the flooring is faulty as the colour is missing off the ends I have now emailed them still waiting for a response ..as I’ve had enough now will be calling next as soon as I have time .. They took the Mick with the delivery. I think the driver needs Specsavers and now the floor seems to be faulty not happy … worst thing is I was going to order more flooring for my kitchen and now I’m in two minds unless to sort this out very annoying. I just have to go somewhere else somewhere on my doorstep so I can take it back if there’s any problems.
This company are great, Their prices are so good, the calculations for underlay and grippers was spot on. They communicated well. The delivery was super fast and the driver very helpful. First class service!
