Love OA, but please look into FedEx/packaging issues!

Oner is my favourite activewear brand by a landslide, they have the best styles and fabrics in the game! I personally have not had any issues with checkout or with items being cancelled, and have had nothing but good experiences with customer service. The products themselves are almost always good quality (have had the odd pair of Effortless be paper-thin or stiff as a board), and shipping is relatively quick. While the shipping is indeed quick, either FedEx needs to be dropped as the courier or new mailers need to be used as far too many people are receiving absolutely destroyed packages, myself included. This has only personally happened to me twice in the span of 2 years and the items have never been damaged, but several other customers in the OA community have shared their experiences and it appears to be a recurring, widespread issue. Especially with the most recent Set the Tone drop - I think I have seen maybe 10 posts in the past week from girls who have received their orders repackaged in FedEx packaging, and the original packaging inside has been ripped and torn to absolute shreds. Some people have even had items missing, and it’s hard to say if they’ve been stolen or if they’ve simply fallen out of the massive holes in the OA mailers. One person last year had their effortless shorts also torn up along with the packaging - it truly looked like it had been dragged under a moving vehicle at highway speeds. Please either change the courier or your packaging!
