Good sizing guide
I thought the sizing guide was amazing but I thought it was unfortunate that they didn't have really supportive bras for the larger cup size.

I've ordered a few items before and have always had fantastic customer service. I recently asked for some information thinking there was an issue with the website and Isla responded quickly and super reassuringly though I had a minor query.

It was my first time ordering from this company. I was so excited to receive a pair of leggings and tops from there new launch that came out in June. After two weeks I waited patiently while my package was stuck in the same location. I reached out asking for help, they responded and told me they would get back to me. A few days later I received a refund with no explanation as to what happened to my package. I had to reach out AGAIN and ask for an explanation. I was informed they lost my package completely. Not only was I extremely disappointed in this experience since it was my first time ordering, but the fact that I had to reach out for an explanation that I deserved the moment I was refunded, told me enough about this company. Their lack of compensation and empathy for giving me a good experience left me the worst impression of them. I’ve heard of other issues they’ve had with their clothing but I still wanted to give them a chance. Sadly, I was just left more disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this brand at all.

Really great customer service. I’ve placed lots of orders with Oner and never really had any issues, however I just received an item that was mildly damaged (still wearable) and they issued me a full refund without me even having to send the item back. I only asked for a partial refund, so for them to offer the full refund was really a huge gesture of good faith and customer service. Really love this company and will continue to support them.

Oner Active is literally that girl when it comes to activewear! everything fits like a dream and hugs in all the right places. I feel sooo confident and cute every time I put on my sets The colors? Obsessed. The comfort? Immaculate.

I’m really disappointed after looking forward to purchasing from Oner, especially after seeing them all over my socials. I spent £250 including two pairs of shorts, which are marketed as being designed for heavy gym training and made with sweat-wicking material. The grey pair, however, show EVERYTHING. It wasn’t even an overly hot day, and the sweat patches were still noticeable and awkward. I reached out to the team to ask if I could at least exchange or return the grey ones (I would have been happy with an exchange), but I was told no, though they appreciated my feedback. I explained that I am a Gym Manager and live in activewear. I told them I was disappointed because they specifically claim online that their products are sweat-proof. I also noticed they don’t allow online reviews, which seems unfair. If reviews were allowed, I would have left a respectful one recommending that people who tend to sweat avoid buying these shorts. It’s a waste of money considering how much the sweat shows. The team was quite dismissive, which is a shame because I spent over £150, and I really liked two of the items. It’s just the shorts I now can’t wear, leaving me £90 down the drain.
