Great customer service, lovely designs but some items are made from quite light fabric

I recently received my order and loved the design and colour did note that the material of the top was quite thin (especially considering the price) and probably wouldn't last very long. After a couple of wears, a hole appeared. I reached out to the support team and they responded so quick and resolved the issue, providing a full refund, so 5 stars for excellent customer service. The gym gear is super comfy, especially the SoftMotion shorts and I enjoy wearing them but the tops won't last many washes.

I love oneractive :)

I've already made four purchases from oneractive and all of them went very well. The products are incredible, it's my favourite training clothing brand without a doubt. Whenever I've needed a question clarified, they've always been quick and attentive to respond. Of particular note is ‘Grace’ who helped me in less than 2 minutes with my last purchase. The prices are getting higher, but the quality and context justifies it, plus they usually have sales and cheaper outlet products.

I recently received my order and loved it but it had a tare, I reached out to the support team and they responded so quick and resolved the issue. I am happy to be able to shop at oner active knowing that we aren’t just a customer we are family and that is what it felt like. They went and took my worry away!

quick processing

I had problems with discoloration on a white sports bra. The support team responded to my email super quickly, and I was immediately refunded. Very easy to process. I own several items from this brand and have never had any problems before. It's just normal for it to happen sometimes.

The designs are pretty cool but the…

The designs are pretty cool but the quality is terrible cheap. I've had sport pants from fast fashion brands that were higher quality than that and did not cost 62€. It's dissapointing. I'll keep the one i purchased as i appreciate the design but it's too long eventhough i bought a regular pants for a 1m65 tall girl. And the fabric is way too thin for the price. Plus it is really sad they use FOMO S a marketing technic. Seeing dozens of fitness influencer receiving all the collection while we, buyers, have to fight for one item... I'll stick to the other brand that have better quality and care more about their buyers.

Amazing kit but the order system needs a change

I absolutely love Oner kit, the quality and fit is great! Unfortunately, on my most recent order, I managed to make my shipping address an old address that no-one I know lives at anymore - Jenny at customer service has been great and got back to my panicked request swiftly, and for that I would give 5 stars, the only reason I have given 4 stars is because their system doesn't allow for shipping address changes, or cancellations of an order; if they could alter their system so it can allow for these then I would be grateful as there is still no garantee that my order will make it to me (my own fault I know!)

Very satisfied with how my order issue was handled

I had an issue with my order as one of the items came damaged, the Oner customer support team responded very promptly to my email and gave me a refund for the item. I was really happy with how they handled it so quickly and made me feel taken care of. I’ll definitely feel confident ordering more from the brand in the future after this positive experience.
