Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Superb Estate Agents
This is the second sale that Ocean, Shirehampton, has handled for me in the last twelve months and, once again, it was done to perfection. Mark, Chris and Sam all were excellent and Tanya was an absolute star keeping me up to date all through the long process of waiting for my buyer to obtain his probate. Ocean Estate Agents, Bradley Stoke Branch.
Ocean Bradley Stoke branch recently sold a property for us and through the trials and tribulations of selling a leasehold property they kept the dialogue between the two solicitors going positively. The sales coordinator at the branch kept us well informed at every stage of the sales process and in some instances was responsible for helping to move things forward. we will have no hesitation in using Ocean again when we need to sell one of our buy to let properties.

Excellent service received from Ocean Financial Services in getting a mortgage for our first house. Tracey, Simon and their team were fabulous during the whole process. Unlike many brokers that just set a mortgage term and LTV in their quotation tools, Simon really cared about listening to our needs and finding the best tailored product which gave us peace of mind with low monthly payments and no limits on overpayments. Tracey was very informative and followed up our file with periodic updates, giving also the necessary guidance to move on things with rest of buying process. We'll recommend them to any friend getting on the housing ladder.

Being reassured by the staff of the stage’s selling your property goes through. Having visibility to the’dashboard’ on line so you can check the progress of the selling process. The document you are given to fill in at the beginning of the process can be a bit daunting but checking it through with a member of staff is very helpful. You are contacted quickly whenever a question comes up for clarification. A clear concise breakdown of costs are easy to understand.
