Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Helpful and Considerate
Ocean Estate has been very helpful with helping us securing a home that fits our family's needs. The agents (shout out to James Heywood, Naomi Wiltshire, Elliott Laffin and Jemima Kivell) have all been going above and beyond with assisting us at every step of the process and have been empathetic with our situation. Excellent service from start to finish
A great experience from start to finish. Communication from everyone at Ocean was professional, timely and informative. Curtis took us smoothly through the initial marketing process before passing over to Move Manager Lauren who kept us updated throughout the sale. Using Ocean’s in-house conveyancing team made things really easy as everything was under one roof, and again Lily and the team were a pleasure to deal with - nothing like the usual narrative around solicitors. Staff helped us to navigate a few challenges elsewhere in the chain as we got nearer to exchange and completion, again keeping us updated and offering reassurance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ocean Estate Agents and Ocean Property Lawyers, and in fact have already done so which has resulted in friends listing their properties with Ocean! Our vendors’ estate agent also commented on how good Ocean were to deal with.

Great company to work with, they made what would have otherwise been a stressful time finding a new property within Bristol so much easier. I would also like to personally thank Lily for her help during the viewings period and being super speedy with her email responses.
