Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Friendly, happy estate agent
Chris came to value our property - we chose him as he was friendly & not pushy at all. A lot of other estate agents we discovered around BS9 would say βif you were on the market with us, it would put you in a better place if you wanted to bid on one of our other properties.β No mention of any of this from Ocean. Sam our sale agent was always happy and positive - extremely pleasant to deal with. He had great energy & you can tell he enjoys his job. Tanya who was in the final stage was great at keeping us informed about the chain & very friendly & explained the process well.

5 stars!!! They always have been professional and honest. Their support has been very useful. All the crew has been close to me since the beginning, supporting me step by step till the end of the process. I had the good idea to get the mortgage advisor with Ocean.. and I think Richard has been excellent. Also their solicitor has been pretty good. Thank you everyone. I particularly need to thank Emily, Emily, Kiera (and her beautiful colleague), Patricia and Kirstie.
