Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

The Ocean Downend Lettings team are fantastic. I have used their services three times now, to find new tenants, the experience each time was friendly and professional. The team are great! In a village where there are 4 letting agents with 100 yards, I would recommend Ocean (I have previously used 3 of them)

Jemima & James @ Ocean - Amazing!
Jemima & James @ Ocean have been absolutely fantastic in the whole process of both offering and moving me into my new rental property. From the very beginning I met James who showed me around the property which I literally fell in love with immediately and expressed my interest in securing it. James was extremely friendly and attentive throughout the process and came back to me so quickly with the offer. I wanted to move in quickly and both James & Jemima did their best to meet my date requirements which was fantastic. They both went above and beyond with my additional requests. The process was pretty smooth considering I am new to the rental market. Upon handover I met Jemima for the first time. What a lovely young lady! She was so friendly, understanding and knowledgeable and explained everything on the move date. There were lots of follow up calls to check in on me and any issues have been picked up immediately for resolution. I cannot thank these guys enough for such a lovely experience. I love where I live and am really happy. I would love to deal with them again, if only everyone was this helpful. Thanks guys you are both amazing!

Ocean have earned their money from us
Ocean have earned their money from us - we have been selling my Mum's house for over a year and it completed last Friday on the 3rd sale. A bumpy ride at times, but house selling is a stressful process. Some personalities at Ocean easier to deal with than others, but the contacts we eventually worked with were really friendly and helpful and gave the impression they genuinely cared. A special mention to Nicola the 'Move Manager'. I was sceptical to start with, but what an asset she was. She kept everything moving along with the sale, quickly chasing up any tardiness. It was encouraging to have someone to regularly check in with, especially when not much seemed to be happening. But we got their in the end - thank you.

Highly efficient, Ocean Downend.
I delt with both Jemima and James from ocean Downend, with the rental of my2 bed house. They were exceptionally efficient with the finding and referencing of my new tenants. I didnt have to worry about a thing and it was great to have these matters taken care of for me. Highly recommended!
