Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

A Looooooong Process
It has been a long a frustrating process at times, however we can not fault Sadie and Sam and others who worked on our case at Ocean. From start to finish they have been open, honest and have gone above and beyond to get this over the line for us! Whether it being completing paperwork in a timely manner or Chasing the awful solicitors we had to get their jobs done. I have to say they have not faltered at all and remained professional, dedicated and committed to this sale. We have now moved into our forever home and could not be happier! Sale of leasehold property & purchase of freehold property
I used the Southville Conveyancing team for the second time. Ashleigh was dealing with my case and she went above and beyond to get it over the line in spite of a difficult conveyancer on the other side. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. There were also occasions when I called the office and Linda gave some really helpful advice and was very informative about what she’s seen in other similar situations. Ultimately we got to the point of sale and purchase before the SDLT deadline and I’m confident that everything was done properly. Overall a really positive experience.
