Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesnβt sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around Β£15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for Β£5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

I have nothing but positive feedback for Now Test and would definitely use again. The test was delivered promptly with an accurate 1 hour time slot. I needed support which I received promptly and efficiently. I overpaid by my own error and was reimbursed immediately. The test itself was easy to use and uploaded without having to deliver/drop the test off somewhere and the price was extremely competitive. Thanks

Easy peasy and reliable service
Very easy to follow instructions and all done over bespoke app. Delivery arrived by courier at home on time. Good value for money compared to PCR tests. Much easier than going to a clinic or test site especially if you live in the sticks!

Whilst this whole exercise of completing these tests is a pain in the butt the online process was relatively ok for me - I pity any one without a smart phone or the confidence to work through all the steps. Best option is not to go abroad anytime soon - I won't be going to Europe again in a hurry.

Did not arrive. Good customer service.
Firstly, my test did not arrive when said, I had to contact support service who responded quickly and sent another one out. When I returned home to complete test there was no swab in the packet. I then had to go to the pharmacy to ask for a swab. My partner had no problems with their test arrive on time and all complete.
