Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.
I was not able to receive a certificate!! Unacceptable
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Test delivery was prompt and without issue, instructions were clear and submission of test was problem free and convenient. I still find it odd to take a selfie of myself holding a COVID test, like the world’s worst Instagram account, but doing so was straightforward. Results back were lightning fast.
I did have problems with the app which didn't seem to support the scanner. I emailed support, but because it was 7.30pm I assumed I would hear nothing until the following day, so I panicked and booked a walk in appointment locally (at a cost of £79!). I need not have worried, I had a response, did the test at 10.45pm and my certificate within minutes. Any problems contact support, don't panic like this donut!
Exelent help - I failed canning the bar-code - but Now test help very quick and understandable. 1000 Thanks.
At first it seemed complicated but that could be our age!! But actually it worked very efficiently and quickly. Thank you
The result generation was fast and impressive. However, the tap and snap needs to be worked on. The first 'tap and snap' to take a picture of the unused kit worked with a browser different from the second 'tap and snap' to take a picture of you and the kit. Overall, the process was satisfactory but can definitely be improved upon
