Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Not satisfactory
I have ordered the test kit as a next day delivery service. But it didn’t arrive in well time. Than I have to chase up with customer service but they respond me that something wrong has happened with the system. I have ordered test kit as a next day delivery on 30 Jan 22 but I have only received on 2 Feb 22 after 3 days. If I didn’t chase up it will not arrived today.
