Prices are disgusting, homeless are invited to sleep and possibly damage your property, no security and no point, bettwr off parking on double yellows or anywhere but these car parks

Excellent value but once your car is in there one must break in to get it back. One must use your reg number to open the door but there is no keypad on which to enter it. You must enter it on 'the web site' but not clear which website or where to enter it on said site. And of course if as you stand on the street you do not have coverage then your car has been kidnapped. We were not the only ones locked out. Eventually we waited until a car was coming out and then when the door opened we ducked in under it. We were then told to get out but we ignored that and got our car. It is a ridiculous system. So cheap but once you leave your car you may not get it back when you need it.

Parked at the Whitechapel, London NCP overnight and had my car broken into (I was one of ten that night). We called the police but they weren’t interested, they gave us an incident number and advised we call our insurance, job done! We also contacted NCP who didn’t want to know. They have cameras pointing at the entrance just to make sure you pay but don’t give a toss about security. I noted the amount of broken glass around the car park so would think this happens a lot so avoid this car park at all cost!

Had to contact customer service as I had mistakenly booked the wrong parking space on the app. Couldn't have been more helpful. Explained clearly what I needed to do and how to claim a refund. All sorted in a few days. Excellent service thank you.
