I wasn’t sure whether I had to pay to park for 24hrs on arrival or when I leave, on line chat was very helpful & explained the car park was ANPR so I didn’t need to do anything until I leave. Also reduced the rate to the in line rebooked rate as I had downloaded the app. Super helpful & great service
