Used the NCP app for the first time, very easy to use but unfortunately I selected the wrong car park at Grantham station. Sent message to NCP helpdesk, response within 24 hours from Allen resolving the problem.

I needed assistance with identifying a car park that was suitable for a stay over 24 hours. The Webchat assistant was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful both with finding a car park and explaining how the NCP app can be used to facilitate paying for the long stay car park
