Couldn't make an online payment (no invoice found), so messaged Eve who only took a minute to tell me that there is a 10 minute grace period so there was no charge. It would have only been Β£0.30 but it was cleared up in no time.

i had a major issues which has been solved by the customer service colleague name alica ( 11402261 ). she been very polite and good listener . she been very kind enough to take time to listen my frustration and gave me a reasonable solution . i believe this colleague should be rewarded for good job .

Quick response to open ended car park I was worried that I was going to get charged as when I returned to the car park a month later it had shown I hadn't exited the car park when I was able to exit the car park with the QR code.
