After failing to get the discount when I booked with NCP at Birmingham Airport I contacted their Customer Services. They were extremely Helpful and refunded me the difference which surprised me. They also added on an extra 15minutes to the Exit time. I am Extremely Pleased with the way NCP Customer Services Treated me

Today I put the wrong number plate in when I paid for parking in Portsmouth, when I noticed I went on your chat line to seek help , where I got a lovely person called Fhlorence Rhose who was very helpful and sorted it out for me .
