Offers are usually not very good. 10% discount only on full price merch, which is cheaper in house anyway most of the time. You do get a good deal now and then, though.

In store discount stops working. Who’s issue? Support ignores
I have a in store discount code. after couple uses it stops working. UNiDAYS support blame retailer I need contact them. I speak to the company managers who doesn’t generate code. UNiDAYS want list of information . I give them after pointless back forth they admit error with code. Weeks later stops working again same process. I explain the past issue but was still urged to give info so I did. Then they stopped replying . Also they want to keep receipts and try attempts refund off m&s . UNiDAYS generates codes. Store mangers won’t accept it if codes won’t work . Back and forth.. what end is the issue…

News Subscription Cancelled Without Warning
News Subscription Cancelled. I organised for student access to a national news service which I was entitled to access throughout my uni degree. Without warning, I lost access. Reached out to UniDays for help. Took days to get a response. They asked for 'screenshots' but were not clear on what screenshots they were looking for. Days later, eventually responded with an explanation that didn't make sense in the context. Not sure what's going on at that end but completely unhelpful.

Good discounts for students
I had bought a couple of things with UNiDAYS offer like shoes, headphones and so on. I also use Spotify using UNiDAYS student discount. It is easy to use and very helpful for students to get the products they want for a better deal.

Aktion iPad + Pencil Studentenaktion!
Ich habe die Aktion von Apple mit dem kostenlosen Pencil zum iPad gefunden und mittels Studienausweis sollte ich die Befähigung nachweisen. Das Dokument war eine perfekte PDF mit allen relevanten Daten so wie gefordert, leider kam aus irgendwelchen Ausreden und Fehlern in der Qualität keine wirklichen Argumente. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage kam keine Antwort mehr. Nun ist meine Geduld am Ende und ich bin enttäuscht über den Kundendienst. Keine Weiterempfehlung!!!
