Offers are usually not very good. 10% discount only on full price merch, which is cheaper in house anyway most of the time. You do get a good deal now and then, though.

In store discount stops working. Who’s issue? Support ignores
I have a in store discount code. after couple uses it stops working. UNiDAYS support blame retailer I need contact them. I speak to the company managers who doesn’t generate code. UNiDAYS want list of information . I give them after pointless back forth they admit error with code. Weeks later stops working again same process. I explain the past issue but was still urged to give info so I did. Then they stopped replying . Also they want to keep receipts and try attempts refund off m&s . UNiDAYS generates codes. Store mangers won’t accept it if codes won’t work . Back and forth.. what end is the issue…

News Subscription Cancelled Without Warning
News Subscription Cancelled. I organised for student access to a national news service which I was entitled to access throughout my uni degree. Without warning, I lost access. Reached out to UniDays for help. Took days to get a response. They asked for 'screenshots' but were not clear on what screenshots they were looking for. Days later, eventually responded with an explanation that didn't make sense in the context. Not sure what's going on at that end but completely unhelpful.

App i web que no funciona bien
Cuando entro en la App en Iphone aparece el programa pero sin contenido. Me llegan los correos con la información pero al clicar me envia a Safari pero sigue pasando lo mismo. Si accedo directamente desde internet cuando quiero iniciar sesión el mismo poblema. Vomo mucho sale un mensaje que dice que hay un error y lo estan solucionando. Desde el inicio hace dos años sucede lo mismo. No sirve para nada

Bonjour, En allant sur UNiDAYS alors que j’étais déjà inscrite, je constate que « Mon statut d’enseignant a expiré », je ne sais même pas pourquoi, Le message principal étant « établissement non pris en charge » puis après plusieurs relances et transmissions de justificatifs j’ai eu « carte en cours de validation » pendant plus de 2 semaines !!! Je suis allée dans un Apple Store hier qui m’a dit que pour acheter un Mac de 1to je dois faire une précommande et passer obligatoirement par le site avec la validation d’UNIDAYS. J’ai donc envoyé un message sur Messenger aujourd’hui, et surprise réponse automatique : « Bonjour MYLENE, Merci d’avoir contacté UNiDAYS. Nous ne sommes pas en mesure de poursuivre la vérification de votre compte, car nous ne prenons actuellement pas en charge votre établissement. Veuillez nous contacter à nouveau si votre situation évolue. Merci, Coral UNiDAYS » C’est vraiment une publicité mensongère !!!

impossible de créer le compte de ma fille étudiante afin qu'elle puisse bénéficier des réductions Apple pour l'achat de son pc portable. C'est lamentable pour les étudiants !!! déjà envoyé plusieurs demandes d'assistance par le site et par mail mais aucune réponse!!!

Good when it Works
UNiDAYS is good when it works. Personally, I haven't used many of their offers for two reasons: 1) The store I'm shopping from already has sales, which reduce prices more than UNiDAYS. 2) The codes do not work When a store already has a sale, UNiDAYS recognises that and the code they give you will not work, at least as many times as I have tried. That is fair enough. However, even when there are no sales, there have been many instances where the code UNiDAYS gives me just does not work. I request a new code and that does not work either. I have seen other reviews saying that they have had issues with customer service, and that there are issues with verifying accounts. For me, verifying my account was quick and easy. So, when everything does work however, I think it is worth using especially when living away from home.
