Offers are usually not very good. 10% discount only on full price merch, which is cheaper in house anyway most of the time. You do get a good deal now and then, though.

In store discount stops working. Who’s issue? Support ignores
I have a in store discount code. after couple uses it stops working. UNiDAYS support blame retailer I need contact them. I speak to the company managers who doesn’t generate code. UNiDAYS want list of information . I give them after pointless back forth they admit error with code. Weeks later stops working again same process. I explain the past issue but was still urged to give info so I did. Then they stopped replying . Also they want to keep receipts and try attempts refund off m&s . UNiDAYS generates codes. Store mangers won’t accept it if codes won’t work . Back and forth.. what end is the issue…

Tried to join in on website, nothing happened, tried to contact support.nothing happened as well,was trying to get the 30% discount on pure gym,but link on website not working as well,someone needs to have a look at the site
News Subscription Cancelled Without Warning
News Subscription Cancelled. I organised for student access to a national news service which I was entitled to access throughout my uni degree. Without warning, I lost access. Reached out to UniDays for help. Took days to get a response. They asked for 'screenshots' but were not clear on what screenshots they were looking for. Days later, eventually responded with an explanation that didn't make sense in the context. Not sure what's going on at that end but completely unhelpful.

Impossible de créer un compte malgré l'attestation de scolarité de mon fils et un mail à l'adresse "help ....." qui répond toujours que le document n'est pas recevable alors qu'il y a son identité, celle de son établissement et les dates de la scolarité ! Si quelqu'un (un vrai profil) arrive à m'expliquer leur logique, je suis preneuse. Unidays, pas la peine de m'adresser sous ce commentaire votre texte tout prêt que vous adressez à tout le monde, l'adresse "help" ne sert strictement à rien.

Interesting offers and easy navigation
It is easy and interesting, due to the many different offers, to navigate across the UNIDAYS website. However, I subtracted one star because if one is interested in the price of a specific article, one needs to click the button to use the discount code first in order to see the reduced price of the product. This is unnecessarily complicated in my opinion. Other than that my UX was great.
