Truly terrible customer service
Good idea but terrible customer service. They shouldn’t offer preference choices if you can’t follow through with them or even acknowledge basic requests. I tried to order a matching mystery kit for me and my wife and was sent 2 different teams, including one top which didn’t fit my stated preference. Tried to send them back and get them replaced but was made to pay for the return postage and replacement shirts never arrived despite being told that they were on the way. Don’t use if you have any specific preferences to avoid. UPDATE In response to their reply below, in no way were the requirements unreasonable, they were simply not a well known club as what was wanted was an obscure team, as stated in the preference box. At no time was I informed this was against the T&Cs to request the matching tops when ordering 2 shirts as I wanted, and I assured them that I didn’t mind if it took longer, there was no rush. They would do better to just refuse orders if they can’t fulfil them to avoid all these problems people have had. I’ve seen lots of other reviews calling them out on their post sale service and their responses just try to cover their backs by lying, it’s clearly a very common occurrence for this company. Oh and not surprisingly, they replied to this bad review in a couple of hours, when I went months without hearing from them when trying to sort out the order earlier this year.
