Exactly what I wanted

Its not very good quality and I needed to pay extra for shipping. Not happy

Everything, delivery time, ease of purchase and the quality was brilliant.

Always such a fast efficient service. My boys love it when the delivery comes. The excitement of trying to guess what shirt they may get is good fun. They love to spend their birthday and christmas money on these, and as they are such good value they've been able to buy 2each so far and would love more.

Great idea, great kits

The quality of the kits and randomness of the teams is great, just disappointed as it used to be a full kit including socks now just shirts!

I know its called mystery box but I was a bit diaspointed as I never even knew there was an Indian football league a d wasn't impressed with the quality of the football top either felt cheap

Fantastic company. Had an issue with the shirt they sent, so they sent a replacement shirt once they'd received the original one back & refunded me the postage. A pleasure to deal with & the replacement shirt is fantastic. A☆

Items are not true to size. Sent it back in January in exchange for a bigger size . Still waiting for my item. I sent numerous emails and messages to this company and not getting any response. There no customer service number to ring so you can’t speak to actual human.Avoid!!!

Really fun to do with friends and family

My son was delighted with his kit! Interesting shirt (they listened to our request for colourful!!) and fast delivery.

I placed my order on Feb. 4/23 and it arrived on Feb. 20/23. Considering that it had to ship from the UK to Canada, this was a reasonably fast shipping time. The shirt isn’t my favorite, but that’s part of the mystery.

2nd Purchase and the service is advertised. A Mystery Kit delivered within 5 days. They followed my avoid requests aswell. I will be totally honest I was slightly disappointed with the Kit I got today it was the 3rd Kit for Borussia Mönchengladbach from 21/22 nothing wrong with the Kit at all just wasn't a huge fan of the Puma 3rd kits they did last season. HOWEVER that said it is part of the mystery, I will keep it and wear it. They offer a 1 time return if you don't like what you get but I'm holding on to that. 100% not Mystery Kits fault! Besides the more I look at it the more it grows on me. Ordered my 3rd today. Already dying to find out what they will send me this time. My only feedback would be please offer a different shipping service would happily pay a few quid more for DPD as I'm too impatient for Evri! Also a subscription service would be nice where you get a kit each month! Still 5 Stars guys you did exactly as advertised. No issues anywhere down the line.

Ordered two shirts but one came in the wrong size unfortunately. Both top quality kits so will order again hoping i get the right sizes next time
