They still haven't returned my emails

They still haven't returned my emails. I wrote a review 10-12-2022 here on TrustPilot and they responded and asked if I want a refund or resend, but they haven't responded to my request of a refund. Despite it being OVER A MONTH they haven't refunded the money or even responded to my emails. HORRIBLE Customer Service!! Original review (10/12/2022): I still haven't received my money back, even though the package was returned from customs to Mystery Kits many many months ago (20-05-2022)
