Ollie Dog Food

My dog and my experience with Ollie has been characterized by efficiency guided by knowledge, and caring. The Ollie ap is easy to understand, even for a senior citizen; customer service with a responsive, live cheerful, charming human being is an Ollie joy!

When I didn’t get an email back from customer service, I called. My rep acknowledged my disappointment with the delay in response and my original concern about the damaged package and addressed getting food asap for my puppy. They had a record of my correspondence and all of my account information so the issue of replacing the food was resolved easily and proper refund for the damaged delivery - which technically wasn’t their fault - it was the delivery company.

My pup’s food arrived with some packs partially and/or completely thawed; customer service was quick to resolve the issue by allowing me the choice of replacement or refund and advised they would be looking into what changes may need to be made to be sure this didn’t happen again. We already knew the food was great, and now we know the customer service is too!

I have ordered food from Ollie in the past and my dog LOVED it! She does have an underlying medical condition that requires prescribed dog food, so we had to opt out of Ollie for now. We very much hope to be able to come back some day! The quality is great and customer service is amazing.

Great customer service. Healthy human-grade dog food delivered right to my door. The dogs like the dry food and LOVE the fresh food. I feed the unkibble in the morning because it's quick & easy and the fresh food in the evening. My pups have lost weight, look good, and are more active.

unfortunately my dog wont eat the freshfood or kibble she only liked the jerky

UPS delivered when we not at home, so he put package inside our back porch area out of the sun.

I am not able to unscribe my account from the app and I have sent several emails and let you know my dog Roxy is not happy with this month so I would like my money back if you want it shipped back to you you will have to send me a shipping label and box in the mail paid for well I just found out from autumn of TN customer service that I am out of luck in the your dog will love this or your money back guarantee is a lie 🤥 because it only refers to the first box the trial box and after that you will pay out your butt and your dog just doesn't want to eat it anymore or they sense something wrong with it and you are out that whole amount of money no matter what poor service very bad service I have never been treated like that I have always had good reviews for things and I couldn't even cancel but they were sure able to do that

The customer service rep was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely helpful.

My senior dog loves this food. Although she will drool begging for food, she stopped wanting to eat her Blue Buffalo food. The food is incredible, she is digesting better and you can tell she feels better. This is worth it.

I canceled an order because I am going on vacation, but Ollie sent it anyway. They said that I can't get a refund unless I donate it, but I don't have time to do all that because I am leaving on my vacation the next morning.

Replacement package was received on time.

Our dogs love the food. We needed help with weight issues with one dog and received answers to our ? Very quickly. The only issue we had is we found the app somewhat confusing to use when we were trying to add a second dog. But Ollie was very helpful

The food quality is great for my dog he is healthy. I like that you can switch up the order dates to fit the need of your budget and dogs needs. I only wished that USPS would get it to my door and not the post box.

The customer service rep that I had today Emma was very knowledgeable and she went above and beyond to resolve the issues with my first order. Had the customer service not been Easy or The rep had been mean I probably would have immediately canceled my new membership. I am very pleased with the outcome and my little doggy Loved Her First meal from them.
