Ollie Dog Food

VERY understanding of my pup's issues.

My dog Belle loves the food! The only downside for me is the cost! I’m trying to see how I can afford to continue!

My dog Millie really likes her new kibble, which she has in the morning and her wet food for dinner.

Love Ollie! The entire app. I’ve done health screening for Rizzo and had conversations with the team about his weight and portion size. Great group. Rizzo loves the food and his poops are awesome. Only drawback I see is it’s awfully expensive. Trying to weigh the benefits with the cost and for now we are sticking with it.

My 7 month old french bulldog loves the food and selections. The deliveries have been on time and well packaged.

Orders are easy and shipping is fast!

For the first time in 2 years our dog has not been in pain after eating. She was not interested in her food but when she did eat she would be so gassy she couldn’t eat again for days. Two weeks on Ollie and she was like a new dog, dancing for her food! It’s been a month now and she’s slimming down, not missing meals and no more gas!!!!

Although I would love a lot more flexibility with Ollie's subscription service, I am indeed more than content with the overall results I have seen in my new puppy and his overall health and appearance being on the food for months. He is certainly a healthy dog, skin and coat and energy and his motions are good and smaller as he seems to be absorbing most of the nutrients in the food. It is however quite expensive and this is certainly a limiting factor for many I am sure. There is no real way to determine the quality of the ingredients as there is no information on the farms where they source their meats, and the land and animal stewardship they adhere to on these farms in terms of quality of feed or natural grazing practices; so in that sense I am not 100% if I can even justify the price of the food. But overall i have not had a bad experience with Ollie at all, and if someone asked if they should try it i would certainly say yes.

My puppy enjoys his food and it keeps him healthy and happy. The app is easy to use and walked me through finding the right food with the right portions for my little guy. I LOVE the convenience of having healthy food delivered right to my door!

My dog Bowie loves the fresh food that comes from Ollie! He is a picky eater and is a bit overweight! Since I put him on the fresh food that you supply he has more energy!

The follow up was great

I wanted to be able to select the number of each variety I was being sent. For example, I wanted to receive 6 chicken, 11 beef, 11 pork however, they send whatever they have on hand. I’d also like to know more about the ingredients in the dry dog food.

Alexandra (Alex), Ollie Sr. Manager identified an error with my order and emailed me with her concern. Once I was able to respond, then Brittany, from Nashville, was very professional at handling the issue and resolved it immediately. Thank you, Alex & Brittany! Very easy to work with!

Ollie's personnel has answered all my questions in a timely manner. I have had to increase food quantity and that was also taken care of right away.

My girl is loving mealtime now. I needed to get her off kibble because of dental issues so decided to go with Ollie. Ollie was easy to order and she loves it. Anne is losing weight and her coat looks good. Ollie has made changing her diet much easier than i expected. They are available with advise and encouragement.

The customer service is fantastic! Even though my dog wasn’t a fan of the food, Ollie made it right. I will recommend Ollie to my friends and family.

My pug Bronn was on Nom Nom for years and one day decided he was over it as they seem to keep changing the recipe. I decided to try out Ollie and so happy I did because Bronn loved it so much and he’s back to looking forward to his meals. The food seems to be higher quality, love the way the box and package it and it is also slightly less expensive than Nom Nom. Another thing I do want to highlight is the consistency of the amount of food in each package, it’s always the exact weight. So far, we have also gotten the best customer service when needed.

Our puppy loves the kibble. We have to watch that we do not overfeed him. He eats it right up.

My dogs did not eat it any better than the old food I was usino and when the first shipment came it was thawed out when it was delivered.
