Ollie Dog Food

Received my first order today and needed to correct. Was easy to reach customer service and communicate with a live person who was able to resolve. Happy with resolution.

On time. Rain was threatening and he put the box close to the wall and put it in a plastic bag. Took his time and did it right. He has my thanks.

I Am very please with the delivery but one of the food packages was ripped; you need to check them all before shopping it. My dog hasn’t tired it yet!

Their customer service is the best. The woman I spoke with answered every question I had and very patient and polite!!

My GSD was experiencing bloody and runny stool that persisted for weeks and veterinarian prescribed foods and prescriptions could not resolve it, at least not permanently. I felt helpless to help my little guy. I contacted Ollie and after a week of Olliefresh, I was able to reduce and then eliminate the over the counter antidiarrhea meds. Koa is now eating Olliefresh every day. His poop is now consistently solid. His eyes are bright, his coat is shiny and full, he doesn't have that oily dog smell and his energy is certainly back. My hat is off to the folks at Olliefresh!

I rejoined for both of my dogs and only one dog was ordered. Spent so much time on the phone getting everything right. And I told her that my discover showed a refund for Liv when I was talking to her. And she assured me it all went through on her end and didn’t show this. My discover sends me real time notifications.

As always my order came on time, frozen and perfect. I never had an issue with Ollie as everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended. And finally my pet loves the food.

My son is a picky eater, we tried all different kibbles and he’d only pick at them, he had skin problems and allergies, but then we got Ollie and everything changed! He now looks to eat breakfast and dinner, every morning I sit with him while he has his breakfast before I go to work and he DEVOURS it the same at dinner, now his coat is beautiful, he NO LONGER has allergies and his skin is CLEAR, switching to Ollie was the best decision I ever made for my baby!

We just received our second box of Ollie dog food. We are so pleased with our decision to choose Ollie. It feels so good knowing we are feeding our dog good, healthy food ! You can see the fresh fruits and vegetables in the food. I must admit I tasted all of the flavors before I gave them to him. We Both think they are delicious. I like that they come in daily serving sizes and Ollie even included a nice container to store them in the refrigerator once opened! You can include snacks and treats in your monthly order too. This order we are trying the banana peanut butter dog ice cream!

I’ve been getting my dog food from Ollie for over a half a year and I can say that this is a great product. I was between the Farmer’s Dog and this one. What made me choose Ollie were the recipes and, believe or not, the packaging. One of my dogs hated the turkey and blueberry recipe. No problem, there are ample other options and we are presently getting 4 flavors right now. We don’t rotate flavors on a daily basis to prevent diarrhea. One of my dogs can’t handle going from pork to chicken to beef to lamb. Now we defrost one flavor at a time and expect a little upset between the changes in meals. It’s so easy to serve. You just pull open the package and pop it out. With Farmer’s dog, it’s a long bag and you mush or spoon it out. It’s wasteful and a bit messy. To save money, I pretend I have one dog instead of two. I halve the amount into each dog’s bowl and add a little premium kibble. They love it and I save money that way.

Everything was frozen solid when the box of food arrived. I’m not starting my puppy on this food until tomorrow. She is currently eating farmers dog but mixed with her 4health puppy kibble. She gets just a cup of her puppy kibble in the morning & around 3 pm she will get the fresh dog food mixed into the rest of her kibble ration.

An unexpected surprise for little blind and deaf Sadie and Mama came today. I didn't know that 4 "mini" cup and scoop packs of baked food would be included because I didn't know these 0.5 LB bags existed. it is great to have a second refrigerated food container, measuring cup and scoop. All this will keep me more organized.

I was informed when the package was coming and then exactly when it was delivered so I could get it right in the freezer before it thawed.

Before we thought about trying some frozen brand dog food, I made my own. It is a lot of work, so we gave a few brands a try and they didn't care for them. When I looked into Ollie, I ordered and chose 3 different flavors. The shipping was fast, the service I received from them when I had questions, they immediately answered. We have now tried all flavors and my "very" picky eater now eats right away. The texture and the way it is mixed seems to be spot on. I would highly suggest Ollie to anyone looking for a pups favorite. I can't say enough good about Ollie. Thank you Ollie! I now can stop making dog food and leave it up to an amazing company who makes amazing varieties of food. I'm leaving the cooking to Ollie and our entire family is much happier.

Our little dog absolutely loves Ollies. She gets so excited at meal times! Great service, great packaging, shipments always on time.

My dog loves the food. He is overall doing much better and he is healthier than when he was eating kibbles. Service and shipping is excellent as well .

I had a sweet German shepherd “Belle” that had health issues from the start, and a 14 year old Min Pin “Nola” who is a very picky eater, they both loved the food. Belle recently passed away, I needed to cancel the membership, they were so easy to work with and received not one but two emails sending sympathy from Belle’s passing and they also sent a refund ( not my asking) for Belle’s last box. Such a great company
