Empathetic and easy customer service
When I didn’t get an email back from customer service, I called. My rep acknowledged my disappointment with the delay in response and my original concern about the damaged package and addressed getting food asap for my puppy. They had a record of my correspondence and all of my account information so the issue of replacing the food was resolved easily and proper refund for the damaged delivery - which technically wasn’t their fault - it was the delivery company.
