We are only in our third week with Ollie, but so far we are very satisfied. Our dog likes the food very much.

We have a very picky eater. Rufus is a bearded collie and will be 5 in November. We always had to "doctor" his kibble with bacon grease or meat drippings to get him to eat (and even then he often left food). This past April we tried the Farmer's Dog because it was the one I heard about first, but Rufus was not a fan, and often left the food, or ate only a small portion. However, we switched to Ollie and he devours his food most days - I am still learning which flavors are his favorites, but I think we have a winner!!!

Ollie has been very helpful tailoring a plan specific to our dog's needs. Our pup did not like the fresh food, but did really like the kibble, and Ollie worked with us on a kibble only plan to keep our dog happy and eating well.

Miscalculated when dog food was due, but the customer service changed the date and got it out as soon as possible.

Kelsey was great—walked me through the website and helped me figure out exactly how much food I’d need for my fur baby, Dexter

You did great, the company. The customer service. My dog just will not eat it. I've tried everything. I put coconut oil on it. I put a sardine on it. . She won't eat it.

To be honest with you, we have tried every fresh dog food subscription out there. As of now we have returned to Ollie, and that is where we will stay.

Food and services was great but some of the food came thawed I believe there was enough dry ice in the package other than that it’s been awesome and my dog loves it
