We recently adopted our seven-year-old dog, Perla. She’s a Maltese Shih Tzu mix, and has that Shih Tzu underbite, with some real dental problems. Even after scaling and cleaning, her lower front teeth are brown, and none of her teeth are any shade of white. We figured that soft food would be easier for her to chew, especially since she won’t even touch kibble, although she does enjoy the dental treat bones. I looked at all the information from the various subscription food plans, and Ollie seemed the most promising. When the first box arrived, I was impressed by the packaging. All the individual food packets were still frozen solid, as was the dry ice that it was packed in. The order always comes on time, and tracking is provided. It’s easy to always give her the recommended amount. We put it in a bowl and heat it in the microwave for up to 30 seconds. It’s perfect every time.

Great customer service and quality product

Jamie turned my call around so fast, it made my head spin. I was upset that my food wasn't going to the new address on file, and he was able to get the food sent to another address so that my pup did have the food where she was staying while we were out of town. Jamie was extremely sincere and handled the issue quickly and efficiently!

The site and app are simple to set up and use. Communication is great and customer service is spot on if you have a question. My pup loves the food and it was easy to customize her plan to accommodate her chicken allergy. Would definitely recommend.

My fur dog feels so much better after I switched to new Ollie from K9 raw food. She started to lose interested in eating K9 raw food for years. She was inactive, and she now is started to play and alert more.

Ollie's customer service is top notch! When I've needed help, they've immediately addressed my question or issue, and everyone I've talked to has been very personable and warm.

My orders always arrive promptly on time and they are packed well...never defrosting. My dog loves his food and I love how happy and healthy he is at age eight. If there is any issue, you can talk to someone easily. They get back to you right away...not three or four days later. Love the varieties they offer and the convenience. Been using Ollie for years and wouldn't change.
