My Cruises has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.

Lucinda was very polite and easy to understand . She tried to help with us accessing our credit with Norwegian but it is too early to do it yet . Hopefully My Cruises can access the credit some time in the future
Very friendly and proficient service. process was quick and easy to complete. Consultant able to direct me to other departments so I could seek advise.
Ben was very friendly; he answered all my questions. He was pleasant to talk to, and he knows his stuff. He gave me ideas and options if I wish to extend our trip. The transaction was smooth, and Ben is definitely an asset for your company. Go Ben.

I booked and paid for a holiday for myself, wife and daughter for a cruise in Italy and Croatia through Flight Centre. The holiday incorporated hotel accommodation pre cruise in Italy and post cruise in Barcelona. The trip is scheduled for September 25 and I have fully paid for the trip. However MyCruises and or Flight Centre will not divulge the name, or location of the hotel accommodation despite repeated requests. All I get from my requests are lame excuses stating that the hotel bookings are booked in blocks and that we can not find out where until Mid August. This is not good enough as we are unable to make tour plans. I believe we are legally entitled to know where our booked hotels are.

Our experience in booking our holiday has been pretty easy so far. The staff are prompt in their responses and very helpful to any queries we have had. The website is easy to manoeuvre and all relevant information is available to edit or view.

Kane Hoskin was such a delight to deal with, he was so helpful and dealt with my request quickly and with great customer service skills. He went above and beyond to make sure that my requests were done to my satisfaction. If I need to speak to anyone at MYC again before my trip I hope that they would provide customer service as high as Kane's are. Thank you Kane for being so pleasant and providing wonderful customer service.

Can't thank Ben Whinham of My Cruises enough for assisting us with our land tour needs. From the initial contact through to the final booking confirmation Ben was fantastic.
