Lucinda was very polite and easy to understand . She tried to help with us accessing our credit with Norwegian but it is too early to do it yet . Hopefully My Cruises can access the credit some time in the future
Very friendly and proficient service. process was quick and easy to complete. Consultant able to direct me to other departments so I could seek advise.
Ben was very friendly; he answered all my questions. He was pleasant to talk to, and he knows his stuff. He gave me ideas and options if I wish to extend our trip. The transaction was smooth, and Ben is definitely an asset for your company. Go Ben.

I have booked back to back cruises with MyCruises for next year and have found them to be more than helpful with the many enquiries I have had. Each consultant I have spoken with has been not only friendly, but very knowledgeable and patient. As we have not yet sailed with them I can't comment but hoping the cruise goes as smoothly as the booking process. Such great deals.
I’ve used MyCruises about 4 times now, I would like to make a suggestion, you need to factor in transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel and return. I’m sure most ppl would be happy to pay the bit extra to be able to walk out of the arrival gate after a long flight and see their name on a board and not worrying about language barriers etc MyCruises have always had great itineraries and easy to deal with.
We booked a trip to Antarctica with My Cruises. Everything went very smoothly especially when our original trip had been cancelled. My Cruises kept us up to date with email communications and our cruise was rescheduled with no problems. Our trip included airfares and extra nights accommodations which made it a very reasonable deal. Any time I rang or emailed I always got a prompt reply. The trip was fantastic!!!
We had a great time, just a few things, no coffee or water included in the drink package, which doesn’t make sense with an unlimited beverage package. My cruises need to do transfers from airport to the hotel and hotel to the ship, I’m sure you would have a bus load of people. you could have organised for transfers.
Booking was very easy. Our cruise consultant Laetisha Balkan was extremely helpful and went through everything in detail.

I had dealt with 3 consultants in the same day with not a lot of success so when I called back and got Temira Karcher my experience greatly improved, she was amazing helped to solve my issue and made the whole conversation calmer and I’m way more happier and excited

Having given My Cruises a 1 star blasting on several occasions due to being subjected to numerous flight changes, I now find myself having to retract this rating. After speaking to Brant from customer service at some length, he apologised for the changes and lack of contact. He went on and explained that Jetstar must take most of the blame due to their constant rerouting of flights. He has offered to cover us for out of pocket expenses and also a small refund to our account. We are yet to commence our flights and cruise and now, being in a better frame of mind are looking forward to an enjoyable trip. The compensation offered should in no way mean that I have been “bribed” to change my views. Brant’s concerns for us to have a enjoyable trip are why I have changed my rating.
