My Cruises has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.

Lucinda was very polite and easy to understand . She tried to help with us accessing our credit with Norwegian but it is too early to do it yet . Hopefully My Cruises can access the credit some time in the future
Very friendly and proficient service. process was quick and easy to complete. Consultant able to direct me to other departments so I could seek advise.
Ben was very friendly; he answered all my questions. He was pleasant to talk to, and he knows his stuff. He gave me ideas and options if I wish to extend our trip. The transaction was smooth, and Ben is definitely an asset for your company. Go Ben.

Our bus tour director Sibylle from Cosmos was brilliant. She had us going at the right pace and made us feel relaxed as we travelled. Even when things got cancelled due to weather she managed to arrange it for the next day so we did not miss out. She is a gem !

Our experience was positive from start to finish, everything . . . from booking, itinerary, ticketing etc. were all planned perfectly, down to the last detail. My Cruises organized our holiday using reputable quality hotels, Cruise Liners, and tour operators.Thanks to My Cruises we had a wonderful holiday.

We like the concept of the package. Just one suggestion if we are to do mycruises again would be only if you provide transfers from hotels to airports, wharfs etc. This was quite a confusion with our group and would have been happy to have paid prior to the trip for these transfers, so as to not to arrange ourselves. Others felt the same. Very strongly some too. Otherwise wonderful

We totally enjoyed our holiday. The stops in Venice & Rome just added an extra layer to our trip. Having the flights included was an extra bonus. Even the fact that you did our seat selection on our economy legs & great picks.

The cruise itself ( NCL ) was excellent ! However the Hotels & information supplied by My Cruises was very disappointing & inadequate! Firstly we had to ring twice to get our documents two days before we left ! Arriving in Venice we had no idea that our accomodation was inaccessible by road! We found this very stressful & ended up having to take a crowded public ferry after wheeling our suitcases at least 300meters on an uneven surface ! Thank goodness it wasn’t raining . Apparently we could of got a water taxis from the airport ( if only we knew ) Then trying to get from Venice to Trieste Port was a nightmare , the night before emailing My Cruises ( not only us but everyone else staying at our hotel ) Moving on to our accommodation in Barcelona to put in bluntly was ‘ a dump ‘ in the wrong part of town , constantly being approached by beggars! The staff were not friendly & we certainly didn’t not feel safe !! Maybe you should offer an upgrade option ! We have booked another My Cruises holiday in November cruising from Singapore to Hong Kong & are very concerned !!!
