Everything was pretty well organised
Everything was pretty well organised. I think it would have been very helpful when we got off the ship that transport could have been arranged to get us to our hotel. We had 2 days in Seattle which I thought was still part of the package. The taxi’s in Seattle were horrendous. They were only interested in people going to the airport or they wanted an unreasonable amount of money. The actual cruise was fantastic. Some more time in some of the ports would have been nice. The crew were cheerful and very helpful. All in all it was a great holiday.

Hollywood and Alaska baby.
We had a great flight, we were tired by the time we landed in LAX. It would have been nice to have had airport transportation to our hotel. We got scammed into paying USD $269 by a very nice limousine driver as we couldn’t find the taxi rank. The hotel was lovely, great atmosphere, met heaps of other Aussies also going on the cruise as well. We enjoyed the Hollywood Hills and surrounding areas tour as well. Overall was a great trip, flights, hotels in LA and Vancouver plus the cruise to Alaska. One we’ll never forget.

Mycruises -exceptional value
Hotel, airlines, shop were good quality. The deal offered by Mycruises was exceptional value. The staff member, Amanda who was looking after our booking was attentive and always replied to emails answering any questions I had. The whole experience was seamless. Will be happy to use them for future holidays.

Great holiday that everything was…
Great holiday that everything was organised by my cruises. Transfers from hotel to passenger terminal would have been great if you hired a bus to transfer us as a group and not individually. On board ship we were told that our gratuities were not paid by yourselves as this was included in the price.

The ship and destinations were great. We won't hesitate to use My Cruises again, everything went as organised and promised. The location of the hotel in Miami was superb. There were problems with my onboard account and one of the ship tours but that wasn't My Cruises' fault.

Crown Princess cruise package
Cruise package was a great price for 2 people and accommodation before the cruise was lovely. Flights went ahead with no issues. It would have been nice if a transfer from Perth to Fremantle was included.

Seoul to Tokyo Stay and Cruise
If the transfers were included, it would have been excellent. The ports in Incheon/Seoul and Yokohama/Tokyo were a lengthy distance from our hotel accommodation. We had to arrange our own transport. The hotels were 4/5 stars and located in great areas in both cities. As we have sailed with other cruise lines, the cruise ship was average in comparison in regard to food and beverage quality. However, service was good and ease of getting on and off the ship very easy. Overall, a great trip and introduction to South Korea and Japan.
