Lucinda was very polite and easy to understand . She tried to help with us accessing our credit with Norwegian but it is too early to do it yet . Hopefully My Cruises can access the credit some time in the future
Very friendly and proficient service. process was quick and easy to complete. Consultant able to direct me to other departments so I could seek advise.
Ben was very friendly; he answered all my questions. He was pleasant to talk to, and he knows his stuff. He gave me ideas and options if I wish to extend our trip. The transaction was smooth, and Ben is definitely an asset for your company. Go Ben.

Cruise line was excellent, high praise for Holland America. Ports of call were great with well organized tours. Train journeys were a bonus. Clearer arranged options for transfers could be offered. Also arriving at Rotterdam and 1hr to get to station was cutting it a little fine. Overall our experience with MyCruising was highly positive and would recommend.

Having not done a holiday with a cruise & our own time involved before, the only real part of My Cruises that I wasn’t impressed with was that once we had made the booking we seemed to be left in the dark for some time. A simple email with what is to follow & when would be very helpful. As an aside, Singapore Air were not at their best from my previous experience with them. The air crew were great but the ground team, the age of the aircraft were ordinary. Krisfler was horrible. I tried to do the survey for them but it had expired. Thanks
