We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality . Very disappointing. 18.7.25 Booking No. MYC-71935 Pickering / McCracken There is a long email thread. You will see on your system Also upon consideration- it's seems like lies were told yo us. Parts of the information on my booking…
Parts of the information on my booking were incorrect. Staff member Temira Karcher amended my booking but forgot one part. After emailing her back she promptly corrected everything. I had email from Temira within 24 hours. I was very happy

Mediterranean dream cruise on the Norwegian Breakaway
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a 10-night Mediterranean Dream Cruise aboard the Norwegian Breakaway and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish, the cruise exceeded my expectations in every way. Our bus tour director Sibylle
Our bus tour director Sibylle from Cosmos was brilliant. She had us going at the right pace and made us feel relaxed as we travelled. Even when things got cancelled due to weather she managed to arrange it for the next day so we did not miss out. She is a gem !

Our experience was positive from start to finish, everything . . . from booking, itinerary, ticketing etc. were all planned perfectly, down to the last detail. My Cruises organized our holiday using reputable quality hotels, Cruise Liners, and tour operators.Thanks to My Cruises we had a wonderful holiday.

We like the concept of the package. Just one suggestion if we are to do mycruises again would be only if you provide transfers from hotels to airports, wharfs etc. This was quite a confusion with our group and would have been happy to have paid prior to the trip for these transfers, so as to not to arrange ourselves. Others felt the same. Very strongly some too. Otherwise wonderful

We totally enjoyed our holiday. The stops in Venice & Rome just added an extra layer to our trip. Having the flights included was an extra bonus. Even the fact that you did our seat selection on our economy legs & great picks.
