We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality . Gabby was so helpful when I had issues with my contact details and also needed payment advice. She sorted everything out quickly and was lovely on the phone — absolute gem! All sorted!!! Saved me a lot of stress.

Recently returned from the Wonders of Japan tour. My partner and I had a fantastic experience. The guide was so lovely and accommodating, even took small groups of us for sightseeing on his off days at no extra charge. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The itinerary was perfect with lots to see and do but also a few free days here and there so you could take a break if needed. We really enjoyed the trip and are already looking to book our next holiday with My Cruises.

The phone was answered promptly and it was refreshing to speak to someone who was not from an overseas help desk. Ben W was incredibly helpful with loads of information relevant for what we needed. He wasn't pushy or all about the sales pitch. The process of paying the deposits and booking the flights was easy. If the tour is as good as the pre tour service then we will be over the moon!

The relaxed atmosphere on the ship, the all inclusive package, the route of the cruise and the entertainment especially the small groups in bars for sing a longs.
