Sariah was extremely bright, cheerful, and helpful. She answered all of our questions easily and in detail. Nothing was a problem for her,and we have booked accordingly
We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality . Having not done a holiday with a cruise & our own time involved before, the only real part of My Cruises that I wasn’t impressed with was that once we had made the booking we seemed to be left in the dark for some time. A simple email with what is to follow & when would be very helpful. As an aside, Singapore Air were not at their best from my previous experience with them. The air crew were great but the ground team, the age of the aircraft were ordinary. Krisfler was horrible. I tried to do the survey for them but it had expired. Thanks

Travel consultant KYLE WRIGHT was very helpful, patient and informative when consulting about two cruises I was interested in--8TGRDR and 8T6RDK, back to back. As it happens I have booked same cruise with Princess Cruises as deposits made with My Cruises are not refundable which didn't jell with me. In informing Kyle he was very gracious and made himself available if any other cruise came up I might be interested in. Im very impressed with his service and want you to know. Regards, Eric Bradley

Rachael was incredible. Extremely polite and attentive. She summed up our travel request quickly and made informed recommendations. Promptly attended to the booking once we had decided on our travel dates. We are very happy so far.
