Excellent staff
I loved the staff, all so friendly, they are like a family. They work extremely hard, and are always happy to help and smiling. This made it a great experience for us.

The ship & staff were excellent but the claim that the food was Int Cuisine was utterly misleading .The truth is it was beyond poor . The buffet was disgusting ,no bananas ,fresh peaches ,no fried eggs for 4 days ! Who thought it was a good idea to put cauliflower on the egg station ! The bacon was the worst Ihave ever seen in 50 years of travel

The Yacht Club" product" is a very well differentiated luxury concept. MSC beat the competition by integrating the whole of the Yacht Club facilities in one area, and a perfect one - all above the Bridge with views ahead.

Very enjoyable first cruise. Good value for money
Fantastic friendly staff. Food was generally very good in the main restaurant. Drinks package was good value as the quality and range of cocktails, wine etc was excellent. We didn’t enjoy the pool areas very noisy and packed but other passengers seemed to,really like it. No shade on the Top 16 private deck so couldn’t stay long
