I’m very pleased with the knowledgeable of Motus Medical for home assessment and offering great products to buy and to use for all my daily activities to be more independent.

Sarah and Duncan were brilliant from ordering my powerchair to the handover Duncan explained everything about my chair and adjusted things to suit me

Bought the chair from Motus nearly 3 years ago and still as helpful. Booking the service was easy and price given before booking. Engineer turned up on time and stripped the chair checking everything. Feel happy now it's finally had a checkup.

Both Karen and Duncan went out of their way to help my daughter Emily get her wheelchair. They are quick to reply to any queries and very knowledgable about the different wheelchair options. We would definitely recommend them.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received. Just two weeks after the service, the screws on the castor wheels came out, which posed a serious safety risk. This situation was both unexpected and unacceptable. I contacted your customer service team to report the issue, but unfortunately, no assistance was provided. I found the response lacking and unhelpful, especially given the potential danger involved. Additionally, I believe the cost of the call-out and engineer services does not reflect the quality of service provided. For the amount charged, I expected a more reliable and lasting solution, as well as better customer support. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and respond with a suitable resolution.

Joe was extremely helpful. Reset my arm rests, moved my hand control to the correct place, sorted the footplates out, and changed the batteries. Kat Phillips - kept me informed throughout about what was happening and when everything would arrive.

They fixed my scooter but it took 3 days, would have been 2 days but the engineers van broke down. He was very good and Kit from the office was very kind. The actual service was good just took a long time where I couldn't go anywhere.

Great service from start to finish. The agent, Duncan, knew exactly my wife's requirements for a Wheelchair. My wife suffers from MND and now she has a wheelchair that she can use thanks to Duncan.

Fantastic service and excellent care and support

Deliver quoted as 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery took 3 moths with very poor communication from the sales team.
