Lack of Support
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received. Just two weeks after the service, the screws on the castor wheels came out, which posed a serious safety risk. This situation was both unexpected and unacceptable. I contacted your customer service team to report the issue, but unfortunately, no assistance was provided. I found the response lacking and unhelpful, especially given the potential danger involved. Additionally, I believe the cost of the call-out and engineer services does not reflect the quality of service provided. For the amount charged, I expected a more reliable and lasting solution, as well as better customer support. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and respond with a suitable resolution.
