The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.
Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

David was confident and knowledgeable. He identified an issue with the water softener and replaced the part under warranty. He also advised me about the level to fill the hopper and the correct salt to use. He also changed the cycle so that it will soften the water more efficiently. I was impressed.

Dave was knowledgeable, competent and professional. He took time to explain the work he was undertaking, answered my questions and even replaced a broken plug.
Dave W contacted me on the Friday to say he would arrive at 0830 on the Monday which he did. I had to leave straight away and left him to it. I returned an hour later with job completed. The old softener removed and a new one in it's place. The cabinet that held the new softener was left a lot cleaner than he found it. All very professional. I am very pleased with the result.
From my initial call to report a problem with my softener I experienced good service. An engineer was consulted and it was decided that I needed a call out. The engineer (Dave W) made contact the day before the appointment to confirm his arrival the next day. He was very thorough in his approach and discovered a number of problems with the softener which were covered under the warranty. The softener resin was also replaced and although this wasn't covered under the Warranty it made good sense due to expected remaining life. I have fitted Monarch softeners for my customers in the past and I will continue to recommend them based on my experience as a plumbing, gas and heating engineer and as a customer.
I can’t praise Richard highly enough! He is a rare breed of engineer nowadays that a) really knows his Water Softeners inside out and b) genuinely cares about delivering the best customer service! I’d say, from my own experience, of him sorting out my machine he’s gone above and beyond the call of duty - couldn’t be more pleased! 5 stars from me! 👍
Richard visited our house to fix the water softener. He was very knowledgeable and he checked everything thoroughly and explained to me. He was very trustworthy and seemed very honest person.

Richard Lawrence the engineer was first class. Our unit has not been serviced properly by the previous Monarch engineer but he took the time to strip the unit down and do a proper job. Without his work we would have looked for another company to service our unit.
