Monarch Water is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.
Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.
Dom arrived on time was very polite and got on with the service I had book very knowledgeable working very cleanly did his tests all ok after his work thank you Dom
Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Good service on the phone, listening to query and booking in an engineer visit. Dave W the engineer called as promised the day before with a time and he arrived promptly to resolve the issue. Excellent service all round, thank you.

Dave W was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, totally trustworthy and we appreciated his diagnosis of our water softener issues which were worse than we expected. Dave had to replace our machine but fortunately is a member of the team that carries the largest size. So luckily for us a new machine was installed and is now working perfectly

Dave W provided an excellent service of my water softener. He phoned the day before to let me know the approximate time he was going to arrive and turned up when he said he would on the day of the appointment. The whole unit was cleaned thoroughly and reinstalled in a short period of time. He took the time to explain what he was doing, how the unit worked and also checked the downstream connections that it was plumbed into. Couldn't have asked for more.
