Good Service
From my initial call to report a problem with my softener I experienced good service. An engineer was consulted and it was decided that I needed a call out. The engineer (Dave W) made contact the day before the appointment to confirm his arrival the next day. He was very thorough in his approach and discovered a number of problems with the softener which were covered under the warranty. The softener resin was also replaced and although this wasn't covered under the Warranty it made good sense due to expected remaining life. I have fitted Monarch softeners for my customers in the past and I will continue to recommend them based on my experience as a plumbing, gas and heating engineer and as a customer.
