The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.
Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

I had our water softener serviced today. The engineer Richard arrived very promptly and was very polite. There was a leaking valve that was replaced along with 3 other parts that were required. The cost was fixed at booking. I am very happy with the service, it was very competitive too. Richard left the premises very clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommend.
Dave W arrived and immediately set to work. Fantastic diagnosis and wonderfully helpful attitude. Explained everything he was doing, clearly and concisely. He is phenomenally knowledgeable and hard working. A real asset to the company.
Monarch Midi water softener salt tank full of water !
My Monarch Midi water softener is holding lots of water where you put the salt. Monarch can't get an engineer to me before 4-6 weeks due to sickness and leave. I have had to bypass the machine meantime, which is not ideal. I have 7 years warranty on the parts so I'm more in less tied in to their engineer should the machine need parts. They have also asked for payment for the call out up front which is worrying as I have not been asked to do that with any other Water Softener company. Should they go out of business, how do I get my payment back? I'm a little unhappy with Monarch so far..
I now have an engineer booked (yet again) to see problem water softener 10th March 2025 . I am not impressed with this company so far...
Great engineer. Turned up on time and resolved all the problems with my water softener under warranty. Explained what work had been carried out and cleaned up before leaving.
Richard Lawrence visited us today. We are delighted with his visit. He is a very knowledgeable person with a very pleasing personality. He took time explaining how to avoid future problems and went extra lengths to install pipes which is not expected as a part of the servicing that we booked. He gave a demo of how to use the unit efficiently. We are extremely happy with Richard and with Monarch. Thanks a lot Richard.
Very pleased with service provided by Richard Lawrence on his visit. He fixed a problem that two previous visits (different engineer) did not and now we have a fully functioning softener again. Polite and courteous also. Thanks Richard.
