Woking once again has an ice cream machine that does not work.... not because of the heat ! it regularly breaks down ! Come on MARS get a grip! Surely you can fix the machine!!! 32 degrees today, you lost a lot of business !!! Not good enough!

My Monarch Midi water softener is holding lots of water where you put the salt. Monarch can't get an engineer to me before 4-6 weeks due to sickness and leave. I have had to bypass the machine meantime, which is not ideal. I have 7 years warranty on the parts so I'm more in less tied in to their engineer should the machine need parts. They have also asked for payment for the call out up front which is worrying as I have not been asked to do that with any other Water Softener company. Should they go out of business, how do I get my payment back? I'm a little unhappy with Monarch so far.. I now have an engineer booked (yet again) to see problem water softener 10th March 2025 . I am not impressed with this company so far...
