Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

Haven't tried the phone yet. Was unhappy that DPD left it beside my front door (though not very conspicuous) despite my rescheduling the delivery and being told it was rescheduled. I have been happy for DPD to do this on other occasions, but not with something as expensive as this.

Customer advisors very efficient and helpful. They keep you up dated along the way . Easy process and a speedy next day delivery of my new phone. 5 stars for me. A good honest reliable company.

Really not happy
Really not happy, ordered a new iPhone 16 was told in stock, then went to 1-3 days then advised no stock 4-7 days! Still can order on site 1-3 days, but I'm now 14 days later, no phone and no idea if it will be here for Christmas for my daughter!

No warranty, phones refurbished using non genuine part
Got the phone from them last Christmas. Charging socket got broken after 9 months. Was offered a repair. Sent them my phone and got it back in 3 week time with socket still broken, screen smashed and chips in the alloy frame. When tried to contact their customer service I was told this was a state in which they received my handset, but they couldn't tell me why they didn't contact me rather than sending my phone back. More to that story is that I went to the local repair shop where socket and screen was fixed. What I was told is that when phone was refurbished, a cheap, no genuine chineese replacement parts were used. Be careful when you buying a refurbished "as new" phone from them, because what you will get is not fully genuine phone.
